Panel discussion by accomplished women attorneys about strategies for addressing legal issues typically faced by start-ups. Topics to be discussed may include strategies for development of patent portfolios to protect inventions, obtaining and protecting trademarks, forming management teams/companies to minimize founder
and partnership disputes or fiduciary duty claims in the future, and/or compliance with privacy and data security regulation.
