Joe McNamara is Nasdaq’s lead intellectual property lawyer. His talk will discuss the latest thinking + emerging trends RE the AI intellectual property (IP) landscape. This interactive talk is geared to students thinking about starting a new venture and students working on new ventures.

Bio: Joe McNamara is the principal intellectual property attorney at Nasdaq. Joe works to secure patents for Nasdaq’s fintech innovations and trademarks for Nasdaq and supports Nasdaq’s technology transactions and Mergers and Acquisition activity from an IP perspective. Prior to Nasdaq, Joe worked as a patent attorney at Apple in Silicon Valley.
